Trina Hoefling is a published business author and the founder and lead consultant for Consult One Group. Self-employed for 20 years, she has worked with owners and top management, all levels of management, consultants, executive directors, executive boards, and frontline employees. Trina holds two M.A. degrees in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and Communication.
	Jarla Ahlers has more than 20 years experience helping people and organizations manage change and conflict, as well as how to powerfully influence others and the outcome. She consults in change, communication, leadership and organizational climate. Jarla's masters are in Social Work and Public Administration.
